The American Childhood Cancer Organization (ACCO) is one of the nation’s largest grassroots organizations at the forefront of the crucial battle against childhood cancer. They are dedicated to improving the lives of children living with childhood cancer or its long-term impacts, and to offering critical advice, support, and assistance to families engaged in this life-altering struggle.
Kesem is a nationwide community, driven by passionate college student leaders, that supports children through and beyond their parent’s cancer. By offering innovative, funfilled programs that foster a lasting community, they aim to ensure that every child affected by a parent’s cancer is never alone. Kesem provides training, support and leadership development to more than 2,500 passionate college student leaders from coast-to-coast who volunteer year-round to create, manage and run Camp Kesem’s life-changing programs in their communities.
