Certified Personal Trainer; Stott Pilates Certified Instructor

Terri is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Stott Certified Pilates Mat and Equipment Instructor with over twenty years of experience in the industry. She is the owner of Body Strategies, a Pilates and personal fitness training studio.  Terri has instructed a wide variety of fitness classes in addition to small group and one-on-one personal fitness. Terri loves training all bodies but especially enjoys working with those clients where age, injury, and illness challenge a happy and functional relationship with their bodies . Her strength is her familiarity with different fitness modalities and professional experience. With that strong foundation in exercise, it is her keen perception and intuitive understanding of how each body is performing work, and her ability to communicate those insights, which enable her clients to make the improvements in fitness they seek. She is grateful to be affiliated with the Turning Point family as an instructor. At Turning point, Terri's purpose is to provide a setting where Turning Point participants can establish a loving, functional and happy dynamic with their bodies. Terri believes inspiration is a divine blessing in life and would like to thank her husband Chuck Haddix and children, Will, Mimi and Sam Haddix, and those clients who have taught her so much, for their inspiration in Terri's life and her work.
